I have been going to the Winona Great Clips for several years now and I can honestly say I have never walked away unhappy. They are always pleasant and patient while I am trying to explain what I want. What I really love is that if I change my mind I can afford to come back in a couple of weeks. Also, being able to sign in from home so I can come shortly before the time they will be able to cut my hair. It has always been a pleasant experience and I am very happy that we have a Great Clips in Winona, MN.

Horrible hair cut. I told the "stylist" i wanted just a little off and she did a wack job on me. Way too short, now I look like a man. I am so mad and crying. I have a business trip this week and I have to be with my peers looking like this. Whats worse is she didn't even trim the top so now I have to go somewhere else to get the top done so it matches the rest. I cant even begin to describe how upset I am. I went in looking nice just needing a little trim, and now I look like a butch. I will cut my own hair before ever stepping a foot in that door again.

Not going to great clips any more. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted, a little trim in the back as I was starting to grow my hair back out and not to cut the length on the top or sides so it could start to grow out evenly. Instead she cut ALL of my hair super short, shorter than I've ever had it cut, in almost a masculine cut. I'm usually pretty easy about my haircuts because I know its just hair and it will grow back. But, I have never been so unhappy and disappointed with a haircut.

This is a good place to get your hair maintained. The "online check in" is a must.

Because of the left side of my long hair in the front so when I went out I look like a dork did not look nice at all did not give me what I asked for bad service talking about smoking around kids
