There not even a 1, when in with hair below my shoulders ask for a trim. The girl China took a big chunk out of the side, could fix it, Rick another one said he could fix, but not what I wanted or ask for. Needless to say, I left with a hair cut up to my chin. Then Rick was trying to charge me for a service. I gave him my business card and told him to have his manager call me, I wasn't paying for a service that I didn't get what I ask for. As Rick was fixing my hair he was explaining to China how to cut it and what she did wrong. If you want to be a Guinea pig and don't care what your hair looks like then this might be the place for you, other wise STAY AWAY!!! my husband always tells me you get what you pay for!!!! Who thought a trim of just the ends being cut off could turn out so bad😱😱

Very bad service my husband cut his hair and he had a tube that cut his hair all in home. Very bad service I do not recommend those people have no experience
