Does great work however they can be rude and unprofessional. Make sure to verify the price when you make your appointment and before they start braiding your hair!They are known to change the price once they've started to braid your hair or after they've completed braiding your hair.. I know from personal experience. I won't be going back. Update: no I have the correct shop ma'am .. and the owner is the one who was braiding my hair as well as the one I was speaking to when this occurred..she was the one who tried to change the price. Her name is Belle..

3 stars because the customer service was horrible. The braids were fine. I went because I'm new to the area and the salon was close to the base. I was told to be there at 9am. Then when I got there 20 min early was told to come back at 2pm. The person that did my hair was rude and rushing. I won't go back.

My mother, daughter and I get our hair braided here! Always love the results. Show them a picture and it's done. Great customer service and flexible scheduling, we wouldn't go anywhere else!
