I'm a licensed cosmetologist, so I know what to look for in any type of salon. I did not see one nail tech cleaning implements or tools between clients with an exception of a couple of the pedicurists. A woman next to me had a nail fungus under her acrylic, the employee filed it regardless and then used the same drill bit on another client. I had gotten my nails done there before with an almond shape and was only charged the base of $25, but the next time was charged an extra $10 for the shape which is a little excessive considering it didn't take an extra $10 worth of effort or product. I was not made aware by my service provider that there would be an extra charge until the service was complete. I realize we all get busy in this industry, but if you are over working yourself and staff to the point that customer service falls to the wayside, there's a problem. Nobody working there seems genuinely happy about being there. I don't mean to offend, but changes do need to be made here. I hope some of what I am saying is taken to heart, so this business can flourish in a more positive light.
