This was my first experience at Fatima's & it was absolutely horrible . The shop was filthy not very professional looking , the stylists were rude and spoke African the entire time amongst themselves . Fatima was the only one who greates and spoke to me . The braided that braided my hair did it way to tight !!! My head felt like it was on fire afterwards . I had to take. A pain pill nearly every day until I had to eventually take the braids out one by one only after a week.My braids were too long and they were too many in my head .the stylist took too long on my head and they had their children running all around the shop for hours .one stylist even breastfed her baby several times in the open in the shop exposing her breast to the public ..they Charge too much too . His shop has been in town for a couple of years .. don't go there !!!!!! They need a lot of improvement take it from me ... I just wanted those braids out of my hair !!!!!

well they are do good hair braiding but its so tight you have to take pain pills afterwards.also they have bad customer service when you come in the only one will speak is the owner fatima and thats cause shes the owner and have to ask you what you want done.(the other ones just look at you up and down like you crazy).then they wanna charge you 200$ and not use human hair.(really?) wish there was better competition and they would see that they have to do better.also fatima has her son in the shop after school hours and he is terrible all the african ladys have to run around and scream cause he so bad!other than that my hair was done well just need to work on a couple things to make the braiding experience better.
