HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Went in for cut and balayage and they fried my hair, came out orangish-yellow and brassy and my cut was not even at all!! Costs me $175 then I had to spend another $220 to get it fixed!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do NOT go to this shop unless you want to be robbed, hear the town gossip, and be talked about! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!

Called and made appointment a few days before and told the girl I wasn’t sure if I wanted a perm or layers so made the appointment. Came in on Saturday morning and Sam got there and never ask what I wanted the girl that was there before she came in was very nice and I had talk to her about what I wanted anyway ,Sam came in and didn’t have time to do what I wanted so I let her wash it and trim the ends and I left. I am very unhappy I wanted layers but I don’t want anyone doing my hair that don’t have time!!

They messed up my hair, didn’t look like anything like the picture. Had to go to another stylist to fix my hair. Also, all the other stylists there were staring at me for a long time. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. Not sure if it’s because I’m in the south and people are just weird here

Samantha did such an amazing job with the unique style and color I wanted. She took such great care of me and was extremely friendly and kind. 10/10 I will definitely only be going back to her to get my hair done. The other staff was just as friendly and fun to talk to. Everyone was very laid back and the atmosphere was relaxing. The price was also great in my opinion specially for all that I had done. Thanks again for the great experience.

I went to get my hair done in a chocolate brown and silver ombré and my hair is spotty and no where near the colors I wanted. It came out medium brown and a dark Grey. I paid $150 to get nothing I wanted. Definitely would not recommend!!!
