Called for an eyebrow waxing got an appointment the same day...which was nice. But the experience was not good. Walked in was taken back to the chair, I think the girls name was kassi. Well first off she wasn't the nicest person, defiantly didn't have good customer service. Wasn't looking at me at all when I was describing to her what I would like done to my eyebrows. I explained to her that my last experience was not good as well the girl did not listen to me and took too much off of the ends and I was trying to grow them out again. I told her specially PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take off the ends of my brows I'm trying to grow them out !! What did she do..make them shorter then they have ever been. I was very upset but being the non confrontational person that I am I just said it looked fine and thank you. On top of that she told me over the phone the price is usually 10-15 depending on how much time we take doing the waxing. (I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and that is very pricey) From the time I walked into the salon I was in there a total of 5-7 minutes and she charged me 15...not including a tip. Being a past coffee barista, I know people survive off tips so I tipped as well. In conclusion she didn't take the time to listen, over charged me for sure and didn't even do what I asked. I do not recommend going to this salon whatsoever.

They were rude when I went in for a man's haircut with a preset appointment. They also do not know lengths on their clippers. I always get simple haircut, I.E - generally a #6 ran through my head with the sideburns shortened. They were unable to identify lengths when I asked how much shorter a #5 vs a #6 was. Now, like I stated in my beginning post, my biggest issue was the attitude. They charge $20 for a boy's haircut, and I feel like they should treat their customers better. I have received better haircuts and service from, well anywhere. By far the worst haircut I have had. I left before it was finished.
