I have been going to here for a while with no complaints but today they put someone who came in after me before me and another customer who was there because she was in a hurry, the other person was fine but no one asked me if i was in a hurry too or if this was alright to let them in front of me. I unserstand trying to accommodate every customer but to do so while making others who were there before wait is ubsurd

Juliana is terrific. I love the way she cuts mu hair. She listens and does exactly what I want She loves what she does and is devoted to her job.

I tried this place for the first time, and will never go back. I told the woman to trim my hair no more than a half inch, and she cut three! Then she told me I was all done, and sent me on my way with wet hair! No offer for a style or even dry. I was rushed out. I was very unhappy with the service and cut. I also mentioned bringing my daughter, who is a toddler, in for a cut. The woman advised me not too because they're "too wiggly". Very unprofessional.
