Called at 10 pm and was in the chair by 9 a.m. the next morning... and out by 2pm... I got senegalese braids... they were perfect and got lots of compliments. Most importantly, they dont hurt! It’s been a month and I have not lost not 1 braid... I will be back!

Do not go to this shop. If you have edges and long hair they will pull your hair and braid really tight around your edges and when when she cut the excess hair I could feel her cutting my real hair on the braid. I called a day before and asked what the price would be and was told 180 then the next day I was told 230 when I mentioned it to them nobody said anything. The customer service is horrible people would walk in and no one would greet them they just gave them cold stares and would talk to each other in their language talking about the customers and laughing. The lady that did my hair left multiple times she brought all of her kids to the shop and they were running around throwing hair everywhere. I told the lady multiple times to please stop pulling my hair she continued to pull my hair yanking my head back and forth to the point where I got a headache. She then proceeded to talk to her co workers in their language and laugh and continue yanking my hair I once again asked her to stop and and she told me I don't have to worry about coming to the shop again and this will be the last time she does my hair. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She asked me to pay before she was done with my hair so I couldn't get any of my money back I left that shop with my hair looking horrible and experienced horrible customer service I will never go to one of their shops again. My braids were so tight to the point my scalp was red and I had to take them out a few hours later because I didn't want to suffer from hair loss. Thank God I didn't. If you want your hair braided please do not go to this shop they are very rude and they do not like black females for some reason with long hair. The hate I experienced that day I will never forget. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

Very friendly and down to earth African women. They listen to what you say. All my braids are the same size. I'm happy.
