Do not go here!! I've had my son's hair cut there for YEARS by his favorite lady every time she's available (and by others when she wasn't). I'm trying to redeem a free haircut he should have earned after so many visits and the system magically doesn't show he has enough points. Costumer service out the window.

Leaving 2017 behind. Go to get my haircut (same place for 2 years) girl up front tells me 30 minutes. An hour and half later she tries explaining that because people book online it skips me as a walk in......WHAT.....and just like 2017 goodbye to my business

Walked in was told 30 min wait, waited 30 mins and they told me it'll be another 25-30 mins. Try entertaining a 2 yr old in a room with nothing for kids to do for an hour. Not returning
