Hair salon visit

I’m 75 years old had my hair done many times that many places in many states of the years this is the worst place I have ever got my hair done Susan was the worst hairdresser don’t go there I went in for a body wave and a haircut I came out my hair is burnt off it’s cut to within 1 inch I showed her a picture of what I wanted it’s nothing like the picture she even burnt my hair up I had to go buy a wig to cover my head She said I won’t charge you for the perm yeah because you cut every Curl off and what was left after you burnt it I left crying but you charge me for the haircut $52 I should’ve walked out and paid nothing should’ve filed a complaint while I was there I was so embarrassed and so upset that I just paid and left I rate this salon as a -0 if it was possible

Susan squeezed me in last minute before my trip to the ocean and did a fantastic job on my hair, and that’s not an easy task because I have a lot of it! I really appreciate how straightforward she was and really had the best interest of my hair in mind. I tend to get intimidated going to new salons because a lot of times they can be stuck up, but that was not the case here. Everyone was super cool and made me feel right at home. The eye mask I got was awesome too! Got rid of my dark circles quick! I definitely feel beach ready now 🤗🏝

I will not shop at Ulta Beauty again. Upon arriving at the store, I was not greeted with a “hello” but rather, flirtatious employees flirting with one another. As I waited to check out, I watched as one employee rolled around on the counter behind the cashier moaning and making sighing noises.After finishing rolling around, they then proceeded to start dancing to the music. Not only was this unprofessional ,but also extremely disturbing for not only me, but also fellow customers. None of the employees looked like they had bathed in many days. I had to wait fifteen minutes to check out when there was only one customer in front of me and many employees standing around flirting not doing their job. I will NOT be giving Ulta Beauty business again.

Absolute worse place to get a haircut. Took my kids twice. Lady rolled her eyes at me, for making her fix my daughters hair she messed up.helen Keller could of done better. My son said shave the bottom,don't touch the top.whats the lady do first thing,starts cutting the top

Ulta has an extensive inventory of products in store and even more online. I usually do online order with store pickup because it keeps me from browsing and spending too much! Hassle-free returns and exchanges too! Most of the time staff is friendly and helpful. One much missed in-store perk is back - testers!! I sorely missed them during the Covid years!

My daughter got her hair done by Susan a few weeks ago and it looks amazing. It was exactly what she wanted and she has had so many compliments. Highly recommend Ulta in Branson.
