Do not go to Ulta at the mall to get your hair done people, they are the most pathetic stylists. And I'm not trying to be harsh, I gave them a second chance. Went Friday afternoon and they messed it up bad!! Went back today for them to fix it and my hair still looks ridiculous.. They obviously have no idea what they're doing - wanted me to come in again!! After 6 and a half hours and two separate trips, I will never return! Not even for them to try and fix it a 3rd time. No one should pay that much for their hair to be done so terribly. I'd post pictures but I'm too embarrassed. Just a fair warning. I would suggest going to Wal-Mart's salon before referring anyone here!! It was that bad..

I cannot sing enough praise about Taylor at the Brow Spa! I have had so much trouble finding someone who could give me exactly what I've wanted.. thickness with a beautiful arch! I couldn't be happier with my experience.. very friendly and the girl can do brows!

Have a wonderful selection of my favorite makeup by TOO FACED. Very knowledgeable young lady helped me. And even got me to try a new color of eyeshadow that I never would have and it looked great! Love this store!!

the employees never give me the time of day I always have to order online, or at other stores bc no one here is friendly. the sales rep ignored me so long I just walked out. im not the only person who has experienced this many other people I know say the same thing. very sad I love the products but refuse to shop in this store.
