Robin has an amazing eye for color - she took her time explaining the pros and con's of the look I was going for since I had come in with messed up color and highlights from a salon in Windsor. She suggested a red ombre, which I'd never seen done on short hair, but it turned out fabulous! She also is great with tricky hair. I have naturally wavy hair with cowlicks galore. I can tell after I wash my hair if it's a good cut, bc otherwise my hair doesn't behave. And her cut was great! Handled an assymetrical short haircut with precision. I received SO many compliments on my hair. Plus she uses top notch color and products, so my red didn't bleed when washing it. Huge thumbs up there - red is the hardest color to keep looking fresh. Robin also gives back to the community by doing fittings for those who have lost their hair to cancer treatment. She does private appointments so clients can pick out a wig, get measured, etc. She gives them a huge discount on the wigs and accessories and then cuts the wig too fit the client's style. You won't be disappointed - with decades of experience and training, this chick knows what she's doing!

I brought my daughters to this salon today only to be screamed at saying one had lice. Instead on just coming over to tell me they suspected that might be the case the stylist screamed at my seven year old to get out get away from get and leave. The other stylist checked her and said she didn't see anything. I checked her upon leaving and didn't see anything as well. Not even to mention that she had my 7 year old and 3 year old crying their eyes out. So we took them to another salon who also checked both of them and found nothing. So I wouldn't recommend anyone ever going to get a haircut at VA VA voom! And yes I have reported them to the better business bureau.
