I have been with this salon for about two years and it’s okay. My stylist was Maja and when I had relaxed/chemically straightened hair she always did a good job. However, I hate during conversations that they try to upsale you to get you to spend more money. They would offer advice on how you can take care of your hair and maintain its health and then slide in a question about doing an additional treatment that costs a lot more than I was willing to spend. It’s annoying. Now that my hair is in its natural state (curly/coily) I decided to stick with Maja for a hair trim. I was quite disappointed in her lack of knowledge in caring for natural hair (detangling properly), but she did know to section and trim. The experience was okay, but I could tell that my hair made her uncomfortable to work with so I won’t be going back. Customer service is fine if you’re a good customer (timely, no cancellations).
