Now I see why people go to St. Louis or Kansas City to get their hair braided. People work hard for their money and we should at least be happy with the product the communication and the service we receive while we spending it. I went to these people told them exactly what I wanted and showed them a picture only to get the total opposite. My braids sliding out I got more space in the back than a little bit and my curls are none.... Frizz city. Two people on my head and more than disappointing results. If you go to Kansas City or St. Louis keep going or even your local kitchen beautician they would even do a better job.

Can not produce the style I requested and when I approach the owner about it. She blamed it on my hair, face shape and the style I pick. She did not attempt to come up with any solutions. Just became very defensive and started to explain how people know her around town and she knows what she is doing. Yes I know a style will not be 100% like the picture but it was no where near the same style.. She did not know the difference between a cornrow and feed in braid. Instead of her communicating that she took on a task she couldnt perform. My first experience with another stylist was pleasant except for the stylist had their children running around the shop.

Charged me $10 more than discussed did not attempt to cover the small patch of missing hair in my head. Super rough when blow drying my hair straight treated me like a rag doll essentially. Very disappointed with the service here will not be returning.
