Poor service for the price you pay. Stylist brags how shes been doing this for 25 years and cant even do a chin wax! I tried going back several times to give benefit of the doubt, but every time was worse. The only stylist that I liked they got rid of. Makes no sense. Only have 2 people working and tons of people walking in and out.

This is my 3rd time i go to THIS store there doors are locked but the open sign is up and no one is to be seen in there. Today really made me mad cause I was in a hurry and only had 30 minutes for my kid to get a haircut and thought it was gonna be quick well i get there and the doors locked with the open sign up. If this continues I'm gonna go talk to your bosses to fix the problem.

Got hair cut by Nikki/Nicole and was a very unpleasant person who spouted about hating Christians which I am and talking about how bad they are and going on about how she hated the job not making enough while cutting my hair so shows what quality of work she does and it made it very awkward and I just wante the cut to be over never coming back there’s another hair place I wil not be coming back to

I tried to come in yesterday, called ahead even. When I spoke to the lady on the phone, she said she had 2 cuts in front of me and it would 45 minutes, about 4:00. I said fine, and my husband and I headed up there. We arrived 5 minutes early, as the stylist was slowly finishing up the gentleman in the chair. The stylist was the only one in the shop ON A SUNDAY-you know, when most working people have the time and energy to do things, and one lady waiting. When I entered the store, the stylist looked at me and said "are you my call ahead?" I said "yes maa'am!" and sat down. I waited another 20 minutes for her to finish up the gentleman she was working on, she had gotten distracted while talking to him and the other lady waiting, so she had some things to fix up for him. I didn't mind, as I had hoped if she had done the same to me, it would be getting fixed. After the gentleman left, the stylist called for the lady waiting, not me, even though I had been on the list for an hour plus some by that time. Why on earth would she acknowledge that I had called to check in, and then skip me? If I called you an hour ago, I am obviously in somewhat of a time crunch. Perhaps the obvious was just lost on her, or maybe the call ahead check-in service is just a scam to get you in the door. Either way, I won't be back.

The price is a bit high for a haircut. But if you need one right now this is the place for you. I can honestly say I have waited for longer then 10 minutes only once. Onc ed you are done at this location you can grab a bagel nextdoor. The parking lot is crammed but that is as expected from what is there
