Anna has been cutting my hair (every 3 weeks) for about a year. She's great...very professional, talented, a perfectionist, super sweet personality. I love her haircuts! Abby cuts my hair when Anna isn't available...she gives an excellent haircut also and has a great personality. My haircut experiences with Anna and Abby are always excellent! I'm both a perfectionist and a very satisfied client!

I've been getting my hair cut there for years. The staff and haircuts have typically been good. They have this new check in system now that is quite off putting. Who ever thought the first thing people want to do when they walk into your business is interact with a computer? A hair cut is a somewhat intimate personal thing. The staff used to greet you and assure you that you were taken care of. Now it appears that you walk into the salon, the staff shouts a greeting and brief instructions on how to interact with the new computer. Really? Talk to the computer and sit down number 25182. We'll get to you when we can. Looking for a better bi-weekly interpersonal hair experience.

Always get hair cuts here. Sometimes not the best but it depends on the stylist. Usually not an issue. Sometimes I wish I would have taken a good look before I left.

I am currently sitting here waiting for a haircut. There are 2 girls working here today. I checked jn 15 min ago. The girl at the front thinks its more important to get the waiting room tv working then cut hair. While the other girl is doing her job.

Took my son here, checked in. Was told by "Kat" after almost being butted in line, after a 5 min wait to check in and come back in 45 minutes. I came back in 30, she told me I would have to recheck in because she "called us". I asked twice to be next and she just kept saying sorry. That's no way to treat a 4 year old child who patiently waited. Horrible.
