I have always been a customer at look after and have gone to various locations. This was my first time at the Wildwood location and it was TERRIBLE. I had an older lady who I now wish I knew her name because I would call her out personally. She did a TERRIBLE job. I asked for blended layers and a V style for the back. I ended up with jagged layers and a blunt cut on the bottom. When I asked her to fix my hair to what I had asked for, she tried arguing with me saying she tried to warn me that it would come out that way when she did things I never asked for! So disappointed. Luckily I went to a different location the next day & a new wonderful lady was able to fix it and as she was cutting she said she saw there were areas the first lady didn't even cut! I'm so disappointed and regret spending my money on someone who didn't not listen to me or care about my hair.
