EYELASH EXTENSION REVIEW: This review was posted on The Powder Room's FB page and they erased it. This review is only on their eyelash extensions and management. I have visited the place twice and the lady that colored my hair did an amazing job. I wouldn't purchase a set of lashes there again though. On day 2 of my full set I had gaps missing of lashes. They didn't last 2 weeks before I had to have the sparse few removed. When they called to confirm my fill apt I informed them I wouldn't be back in due to what I had experienced. The lady on the phone told me that the girl who had done my lashes didn't know what she was doing so they had let her go. I asked for reimbursement and was told no. I would recommend somewhere else or even using Lattise if your wanting beautiful lashes.

Only went there once when the shop was first opening. I have extremely long hair and was looking for a simple trim. The employee spent the entire time complaining about how ugly my hair is and telling me what I need to stop doing. This was the first time I had gotten my hair cut in 3 years because I had my hair shaved for a brain surgery. I was extremely nervous to go in and have my"new" hair trimmed after being bald for so long. After thirty minutes of her complaining about my "hideous" hair, I finally stopped responding and defending myseld. I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed at the nerve of this employee, tipped her, and never went back. Her trim job was terrible, also, which was the cherry on top of the situation.
