Erin is rude and confrontational!

Erin yelled and cursed me and my 14yo grandson out telling us to leave and never come back all because we politely asked her to fix his hair. I've seen her be rude to other customers many times.Why does Fantastic Sam's keep her employed? My family and friends will not go back!

I went to the Fantastic Sam's in Wentzville today. The lady was rough when washing my hair and brushing it. She was very hasty about her job. She cut my hair straight across though at least. I just didn't like how she treated me. It's very disappointing though. I went to the one in Alton, Illinois and had a great experience. It's closed know. I definitely won't be going back to Wentzville salon again.

I have been visiting this location regularly for more than 6 years. Asked for a tapered fade, lady chops the top into half and gives no fade. Had to show what a tapered fade means. She argues that I need to go to a real barbershop. This is a franchise. Your website has a catalog where what a hairstyle looks and what its like with a suitable face. Train your employees properly please. They can't even see hair above the ear. I left right away.

I had a very good experience with my stylist. She cut my hair exactly how I asked and conversation was pleasant and professional. There was a confrontation between two other stylist while I was there but they shaped up once new customers came in. Not sure I would recommend if the stylists can't manage to be private about their arguments.

Erin is the absolute best they come when she takes care of her clients. I met Erin 16 years ago when I walked into fantastic Sams in O’Fallon. You see I have thin hair and it’s hard to make it look like I have any. Well she worked her magic on me and I was hooked on her ways that she makes you feel so comfortable that she knows what she is doing. Fast forward to today. I came to her all worried about my daughters upcoming wedding and Erin “who I now consider like family to me” took the time and energy to not only make me feel at ease but as always took the best care of me and my other girls to make sure we were all ready for the upcoming days ahead with all the wedding events. Erin thank you for always making me feel so special. It’s been amazing also watching your some grow up From the age of 2!!! You have a real skill with people and your experience to provide the best service to your clients.

Schelby is awesome! I've always gone to higher end salons and was nervous about getting my hair sut and colored at a Fantastics Sams and then I found Schelby! High end salon quality results at a great price!! I've been in here many times she's the only one I would see here. I always call to make sure she's working before I come in!
