Asked for an overall brown and told the stylist prior to starting that my hair pulls red. She didn't listen, my hair pulled red and I started crying at the finished product. She then went to "correct it" and now my hair is black. I left the salon bawling and then still made me pay $50 for the product. Not to mention it took 3.5 hours and freezing in the salon.
UPDATE 1/23: After speaking with Corporate (contacted via Twitter), I got my refund. They had one of the managers reach out to me and when I asked why she allowed me to walk out of the salon crying, she said she tried to call me later that day but I never received a call. Regardless, I did get my money back which was the right thing to do, so I'm changing my review from a 1 to 3.
