The women working here were friendly and very knowledgeable about their body of work. I decided to go for an asymmetrical bob, which was a drastic change from my long hair that covered nearly half my back. Meridith was very concerned with how I would feel about cutting all my hair off, which I greatly appreciated. She didn't cut it as short as I asked at first, but she told me she did so because it was such a big change. She said that if I didn't like it this long, to come back in a couple days and she'd do the Bob I asked for. Turns out I didn't like it that long and went back the next day. She cut it again free of charge! This was the best hair styling experience I've had in a long time!
