I was in a hurry so I stopped by this place and thought I give them a try and put my money in small business salon. The ladies (one of them was the owner) there were nice, but my haircut didn't turn out just like how I wanted it. I asked for a high fade and it was no close to a fade and she missed some hair around my ear. After my hair had comepletly dried was when I realized how uneven my haircut was. I won't be going back.

I can always get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Michelle does a great job. She listens to my input, always makes sure I approve of how the cut and style or color is progressing. It's a small shop and I like the comfortable atmosphere. I've been going to this shop for several years.

After frying my wife's hair on a body wave perm, they told her "It is what it is, it will just have to grow out." Thanks Melissa. You have so much experience? Spend less time bs.ing and more time paying attention to your clients hair and how long you leave the chemicals on it. 3.5 hours with her completely fried 7 years of HEALTHY hair growth. Melissa said my wife's hair WAS healthy... That was before we paid $80 for a scarecrow hay do.

We just had the worst salon experience of our lives here with Tammy. I used to see Brittany who was FANTASTIC, and my daughter wanted to get her hair highlighted and she made an appt. to see Tammy, I had to work so I dropped her off. My daughter paid Tammy $75. plus a tip to highlight her hair and Tammy did only the only the crown PLUS never even cut her hair!!!! I called 1 Hair Place when I saw her hair and Tammy told me that's what they agreed, my daughter who is on pain meds because she just had her wisdom teeth removed said that she showed Tammy a picture and Tammy recommended highlights and that it will look similar to the picture and my daughter trusted her. I called Tammy to discuss the fact that only half of her hair is done and she charged her $75 which is absolutely outrageous for hair that is only half done. Tammy told me that that's what my daughter had agreed upon, told me that I don't know what I'm talking about (even after I told her I went to cosmetology school) and then hung up on me!! Then I called back a few minutes later to speak to the manager and she said she wasn't there, told me I was a mean person and hung up on me again!!! So.. needless to say, we will NEVER return to this hair salon ever as I cannot believe someone would take advantage of 15-year-old girl, who informed her she just had her wisdom teeth removed, take all of her money ($85.) for a terrible half of head of highlights and NOT even cut her hair or style it!!! Very disappointed as now we need to go find someone else to finish the job and pay them to do what Tammy should have done to begin with.
