Have been coming here for 3 years now and love it they are friendly helpful, flexible and they are willing to talk and experiment with different looks to help you find what your happy with.

Worst Ulta that I have ever been too! My previous visit which shouldâ€™ve been my last...... I had product that a floor team member told me was included in the sales special. I got to the front, was rung up and it didnâ€™t come up on sale. I asked the sales person about it to which she responded â€œthese are not the ones in the special itâ€™s the other onesâ€. I asked her which ones do I need, her response â€œ there arenâ€™t any up hereâ€. When I asked her if they could be brought up or shown to me, she responded no, there are other customers in line and no one can get them. I had already waited over 15 minutes in line. So I said never mind, her reply, â€œoh, okâ€, so I left. Today once again, this is the norm, I wasnâ€™t told I had points or asked if I wanted to use them like Sephora and Beauty Brands do. I donâ€™t live close to an Ulta! I am done. If you want great service I very highly recommend Sephora and Beauty Brands. This type of pathetic service is why St Joe struggles with keeping businesses open. My guess is, you wonâ€™t be there for the long haul. #ulta

I don't even want to give this place one star! I booked color and cut appointments for my daughter and they made appointments for us at 2 o'clock. When we arrived they told us they had only put us down as cuts and proceeded to tell us that everything we wanted to have done couldn't be done that day. Extremely disappointed in the way they handled this, no offer to fix anything or make anything better for their mess up!
