Stopped by yesterday for a new hair cut, and to dye my hair for the first time. Was insanely nervous about it, but decided it was time to try something new. I had my hair cut my Kelly, and dyed by Ashley B. Let me say, the 2 of them gave me the best experince I've ever had. The 2 of them did exceptional work on my hair (I absolutely LOVE it), and even made me feel comfortable whilst doing so. Normally when I get my hair cut or trimmed at other places, I get someone who would clearly rather be doing anything else, and I sit there in awkward silence. Not with Ashley B and Kelly though. The 2 of them gave me an amazing experince, and I will definitely be coming back soon!

I've been going to this physical location for some time off and on, but will day I've consistently had great service since it's become Look After. My wife goes there and we take our toddler there as well. Service is fast and generally you get a better haircut or other service than the place next door in the grocery store.

Unfortunately, I can't say my family and I had a very good experience. My husband and I brought our three boys in to get haircuts, ages 6 and under and when we initially walked in we signed in and never were greeted even once, we waited with our boys and of course its a challenge to keep kids still but we managed for probably 25 minutes before a girl went to the counter and muttered some stuff under her breath then FINALLY told us she would not even be able to help us, well maybe one of our kids!!!!! I was stunned at the lack of customer service there was and on top of it you make my family wait for 25 minutes before saying ANYTHING!!! And it was right after having a bad experience at another hair place! Please learn to take care of people Look After, after all customer service is part of your job and can't imagine doing that at my job or at least being able to hold on to a job treating people like that!!! Sorry but I would not recommend anyone to go there, especially families!!!

They are supposedly open and yet I always get an amawerong machine when I call. No matter the time of day. I donâ€™t even experience that at Great Clips.

Highly recommend this place a lot! These ppl are Very friendly to chat with and a very good listeners. I had great experiences at this location. I will my and my friends will be going here again hopefully soon
