Worst haircut I’ve ever had... I could’ve given myself a better haircut. The lady was digging her clippers. Did it in about 5 minutes. It’s not even, a bunch of spots missed I had to go back and get. Cora is the only person I would recommend getting your haircut by.

I would like to open this with by saying that I have worked customer service for a long time, in many different positions, and know the value of an accurate review as well as the harm a false review can cause. The following information is accurate. Worst experience and haircut I have ever received. The lady that did the haircut is second on the left as you walk in. She hastily read off of the ticket from my last visit without so much as asking how my day was and asked if that is what we were doing again. I explained how I wanted to change it a bit as it had been some time since I had been to a Great Clips. She listened for a few seconds and then cut me off and said it sounded good. She then proceeded to do what she wanted and in no more than 4 minutes was done. I asked for a low fade, the words 'fade' and 'low' are used nowhere in describing whatever the cut she gave me is. It was so fast I was honestly in shock. I am not exaggerating when I say she had pulled the apron off in just minutes, keep in mind that is without ever showing me my neck line with the mirror and while dumping hair off the apron in my lap. So wild. Also during the 4 minute experience she talked to the gal working in the booth behind her the entire time except when I asked her a question, so rude. After she carelessly tugged the apron off she walked me up to the counter and typed something into the computer then the next thing she said was how I could tip her on the machine. She never even told me how much the cut was, I only found out after I had navigated the tip section and saw the amount on screen. Here's the thing, an entire disregard for the customer and her quality of work such as I saw can only come from one place, an employee that just doesn't care. Now why that is happening is up to management and ownership. Is it because you are always busy? Is the store short handed? Whatever it is it must be addressed. I will never be back, not one time have I been impressed but today the bad experience finally outweighed the convenience.
