I went in for a brizilian wax, letting the lady know it was my first time. She was pleasant enough with talking time through the process (before I had gotten undressed and waited) and keeping conversation going but that’s where the good part of the visit ended. I feel like she was very rushed through the process and was very unprofessional with how the wax was carried out. I was told to clean myself with baby wipes when I first walked into the room which was fine. After I was laying on the table, she walked in and went straight to work. She did not use any of the prep cream, no baby powder on my skin or anything to protect my skin really. She did the wax very quickly rushing through the process as the bikini wax took her just 35ish minutes to complete the whole visit. When she was finished she didn’t ask how I felt about the wax or if I thought she missed any places, which she most certainly did. After I left it looked like I still needed to shave! I had hair left ALL OVER that was still longer than a quarter inch! It has been multiple days since my visit and my area is still so red and inflamed as more skin was taken off than hair. I got a facial wax after the Brazilian was done (I wouldn’t have gotten the face wax if I had seen the state of my lady bits!!) and the same body wax was used on my face as she had just used on my Brazilian, with no prepping of my skin there either. Overall not happy with my visit and I wouldn’t recommend this place for a wax at all.

I got an underarm wax with Shawn. She was lovely, the wax room was clean and private, but my skin was broken out for a full five days after. She used the tea tree soft wax and some product after. I've never had such a bad reaction to a waxing. The salon itself was very noisy, good if you're into the social experience but not a spa day oasis. I won't be back.

Shawn was excellent! I will not be going anywhere else she blended my platinum ends out with my 9in out growth she did an amazing job! Thank you shawn i look forward to coming back 😊

Jenna is absolutely amazing!!!! I wanted something really different and my hair turned out better than could have imagined! She took the time to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it and even checked in with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with how it looked! I’m so in love with my hair now and have all the confidence in the world! She knocked it out of the park!!! Best cut and color I’ve ever had!

The lady who cut my hair did an absolutely terrible job and cut my hair so unevenly. I told her I wanted it evened so I could grow it out. Now I have to get it cut to the shortest layer in order to grow it out evenly, which is extremely short. (About a few inches above my shoulders..) Months of progress down the drain. Never coming here again. Spent weeks very insecure and not confident at all because of this experience.
