Will not return. Went in with HEALTHY hair, below my shoulder blades, left with hair above my shoulders, twice bleached, over processed and burnt off. I initially suggested a hard highlight, not an all over,... twice. She continued to use heat, brush, wash, heat, brush, wash, color, heat, brush leaving me with a less than acceptable green mullet that in all reality needs to be cut pixie short at this point to correct the damage done. I have pieces that are less than 3 inches long. The right side of my head was brushed/ripped leaving it 3-4 inches shorter than the left side of my head and continuing to fall out as it is incredibly elastic and brittle. I went in for the professional help on finishing a color correction before my wedding and now I am left with a melted, fried, mushy mess 6 weeks before my wedding. I should also add she insisted I come back in 2 weeks for highlights after already burning off 60% of my hair and proceeded to charge me $120 (plus tip) which I stupidly paid. I have since been told by 2 actual professionals, they have never seen damage this bad and I should not have been charged at all. No professional, in ANY industry should expect a customer to pay after a fault this big of their own. Long time relationship, 5 hours of my time and $120 of my money, down the drain. I would never charge MY customers for an error I made this big. Incredibly disappointed. I trusted this place.
