I went in for a cut/color with Robert, I told him I like my hair straitened and don't like curls or waves. When the cut was finished he curled it. BECAUSE Mom loved it, I paid him and said thank you. When I finally got a chance to straighten it at home I noticed it was choppy and uneven and when I sent him pictures he belittled me and refused to fix it, refund me, or even work with me. However his co workers we're willing and a Stylist named Darcie did the best she could to fix my hair.

❤ having "ROBERT MICHAEL TIME!" No matter how glum or blue i walk through Graffiti Salons door feelin he always sends me on my way feeling refreshed, pampered & beautiful. ❤ Robert and the Grafiti Salon team sure seem to produce 💯 positive results from what ive witnessed during my times there!!
