Terrible service. In fact I was waiting at the register to get a hair cut and the lady was so involved with her phone she didn't even see me. She didn't even care. Then she put her phone down and turned around and walked to the back. I was completely blown away so I left!

I take my family to Smart Styles anytime we need hair cuts. The ladies that work there do a great job and always give us the style we want.

I guess is depending on the person working there.we been there a few times and service was exelent .but this last time on 6/28/18 at noon , and the lady working there was so involved in her phone and when she saw us she looked bothered and procided to give us the worst service ever any where.the worst thing my husband didn't want to leave.I'll be back but when she's not there for sure.

My wife went in today to get an inch trimmed off her hair. When I walked in there was at least 3 inches laying on the floor. She didn't even cut it straight. My wife and I are really upset with the butcher job she got. Stay away from this place.

My hair looked just okay when the girl finished, but they overcharge for services! I had gone there 1st time and had my hair cut short, almost like a mens haircut. When I went back for highlighting, I was charged over 100 $$ They even charged me and extra 10 dollars for long hair! my hair still hasnt grown long enough to touch my shoulders!! They are a rip off, I do not suggest going there.
