This was my first visit at Sports Clips. I am usually not a fan of franchise hair place but this place exceeded my expectations. As a first-timer, they gave me the MVP service which included a haircut, steamed towel, hair wash and a neck and shoulder massage service all for $19. Sydnee was my hair dresser and she was very friendly and courteous. I showed her a photo of what I want my hair to look like and she delivered. She was very thorough, she explained what she was going to do. I've never had such service from a franchise thus I will be coming back regularly.

Worst haircut ever. Gal cut it much shorter than what I wanted plus one side does not lay flat. I'll never go back to this chop shop.

Unprofessional staff. VERY disappointed. One of the girls that works here continually flirted with my husband even though he was trying to avoid conversation. I was so disgusted I had to leave and sit in the car until he was done. I was going to pay and tip the young lady before the whole situation happened. My husband came out to the car without tipping her and his hair was not done well or even close to a previous picture of my husband's hair we showed to her as a model for his hair cut that day.

Got my hair cut there today and all i wanted was a simple comb over with a small part. Now i have uneven side burns and a part looking like the red sea after Moses was done with it

Always go here but this past time I forgot my glasses. I walked out of the place and across the parking to BWW to take home some wings. The person who cut my hair came all the way over to return them. I've always been treated well here but this was truly above and beyond.
