Best experience I have ever had with my two daughters. She cut their split ends and straightened their hair and they both look absolutely amazing. I am not even exaggerating. This is the best salon ever. I haven’t taken my girls to get their hair cut in a LONG time because I don’t trust anyone and I’m so glad I found J. Nicole. She’s amazing. Thank you so much! I am so happy!! 😻😻😻

I went to JNICOLE and discussed my hair in detail prior to my appointment. I even showed her a picture of how damaged my hair was. I wanted cornrow tree braids. She said that she could do my hair with no problem. Long story short, she lied. The day after, the cornrows were coming apart because the sections were too large and too loose, and pieces of hair were falling out. Even in the back where my hair is much longer you can see my hair poking out of the braid. Sloppy work. She also used too little hair in the braids, which was unnecessary because I had 7 packs! There's no excuse for that. Now I have to go back to my old stylist in CA and spend more money getting this mess corrected. I'm having to wear a headband to cover it up. But I should have known better when she said she could do my hair by herself in 3 hours.... I am seriously pissed off at the money I wasted! She might be able to do other hair services but SHE CANNOT CORNROW TREE BRAID!!! The only way to fix this for me is to refund a portion of the money I paid for this crap job.
