I got box braids done by her and 2 weeks after getting it done I had to take them done due to tightness and some hair loss smh ladies if you’re feeling tightness to a point where your hair is being pulled or yanked I would not recommend this salon.

Usually go all the way home, up north to get my hair done; however, a friend of mine told me about this place, I ended up trying. Love it. Never let down!

They tell you to come you sit and wait then they ask do you want to come back I went back the same thing I'm sorry I even gave them a 1 star.

I went on Tuesday and took my hair out Wednesday evening, i told the girl several times my hair was tight, she double braided my hair so with each handful of hair it got tighter and tighter. The braids are out and my scalp is still throbbing! Make you you get price before they start your hair they will over charge you.

I was taken in right away, which was great. However, after I left for my nephew's wedding in Virginia, I realized the owner Maggie had cornrowed a lot of the braids that were suppose to be individual braids and some of my hair was left unbraided. I called to let Maggie know I was not happy, she didn't offer a refund or to re do any braids. She did apologize after I told her that I was unhappy a second time. I sat there for 5 1/2 hours, was charged $120 and gave a $10 tip. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
