Been going here for over a year. Came in this morning asked for Niki as I was told on Tuesday she worked today from 9:00am when I got there no other customers in the store, rude hair dresser told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for her or call back because she had a "highlights appt" at 10:00. No one else in the store and because she was a manager she had paperwork to finish, so they would rather send me away so she can complete paper work. Always booked up.

Trouble getting appointments with staffmembers I trust. Supposedly there is no reservation policy, but recently hairderessers are "booked for the day" as soon as they come in. Several days in a row. Cut lengths are inconsistent between staff; using one or two of the same cutters who know your hair is important. Not possible here?

This is a great professional hair salon. People have the mind set that Supercuts is not good place to go yet this one is fantastic!

I wanted to go to a local barber but it was closed so I went here. I asked the girl giving me a haircut: look at how my hair is now and just clean it up and make it shorter. I might as well have had my head shaved, worst haircut in a long time. I should have known better.
