Their hospitality is terrible and they don’t care about their customers’ wellbeing. I don’t recommend this place. It is absolute trash.

Horrible. An older women started my son's locs, and when I came back to pick him up I came back to pick him up his hair was unraveling and was still wet. If he hadn't had me with him she would have let him leave like that. My son had to stay there a whole nother 2 hours so she could read twist his hair very poor service. Very unprofessional. The staffs children were running around the place. My son will go somewhere else to get his hair redone next time.

Never get your hair done here! They are unprofessional and bad at braiding. ( Too loose and sloppy) also very thin braids ( not enough hair added) they seem as though they don't get much business being as though the owner seemed overly aggressive to get paid even though she did an awful job. She also kept sending her children to the store for things she should have had on hand to do my hair. I'd NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN. I'd keep walking to Tatas Hair braiding around the corner on TENNESSEE avenue or Aishas Hair braiding on Adriactic avenue.
