Love online check in. Had bad experience with another Great Clips location. This one was great! Very nice woman (Christin) took great care and carried on great conversation while doing an excellent job of cutting my hair. Thanks Christin! Four stars instead if five because I wasn't offered any product to put in my hair before I left.â˜¹

I've been going to Great Clips for years, just need a pretty basic fade. This 'stylist' ignored my multiple pictures and careful, cautious requests -- then rolled her eyes and chewed me out in that know-it-all Joisey tone that "I DID WHAT YOU TOLD ME TO DO!" No, and not even close. About two minutes into the worst cut I've ever had I cut my losses, pulled the cape off, paid anyway for some reason, and walked before it got even worse. By far the worst waste of 16 bucks in a long time.

Great place. Michelle is a sweetheart and always has something to chat about so youâ€™re not just sitting there. All the employees are nice.

I went here during the $ 7.95 hair cut week. They were advertising on the tv and all over and started and ended by a certain date. Well much to my surprise I came in here and had Tori do my hair. I didn't realize it was cut way to short. I'm heartbroken. So I went to pay and she said $18 and I said you mean $7.95 right? That sale is still on. She said oh no our salon participated last week so our sale ended yesterday.. I was very upset and there were like 6 people behind me for the same sale that just turned around and walked out. I am very unhappy. Yes Tori and staff were nice the salon was clean. But they don't do hair color either. Just haircuts. I asked why and I asked why she said with just cutting hair they can get a lot more clients in.

Nothing exciting or different or new. They giving okay haircut, half the time I go there I leave with lines in my hair. I would much rather spend my money at sports clips as they give a better haircut and better amenities and they know how to cut men's hair correctly
