How do you screw up shaving someone's head. I'm mostly bald, and I go to the barber shot about once a week to get my head shaved. There were hairs left all over my head! This is the easiest thing to ask them to do. I didn't catch the guys name who did it, but he was skinny with lots of tattoos. Don't let him cut your hair.

Went in for a chocolate brown with Carmel partial highlights came out with orange hair roots undone . Spent two and a half hours for a consultation and somehow still unable to get my acquired look . I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset with any service I’ve received. Went in at 4:30 they didn’t start my hair until 7 once I looked at my hair it was already almost closing time and they were not able to fix it .

If I could give NO stars I would. The lady who did my hair was a sweetheart but didn't know what she was doing. I asked for highlights and even that couldn't be done properly. I even showed pictures, but it all went wrong. I was charged a lot of money for something that I was no where satisfied with .. NEVER ever will I go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone
