There is NOTHING "Great" about this place. For several years I would bring the kids for easy trims, and even when the girls who worked there made it clear they were very put out by actually having to do their job, it was convenient for me, so I always tipped well just to be nice. I went today as a last-minute decision, as when I walked by earlier there was a small, handwritten sign on the door saying they were open from 9-1pm, but they did not put their sandwich board out and it looked closed (I would bet money this is what the employees were hoping for). I checked in online and walked in with my son at 12:35pm. The place was dark with 4 women just sitting there chatting. Upon entering, the one sitting at the front desk with her feet up on the counter said "Oh, yeah sorry we are closed." I explained there had been a sign saying they were open until 1pm and I had checked in online - apparently they had spoken to the owner who told them they could close early. And then they proceeded to tell each other they should have locked the door... First of all, incredibly unprofessional to just sit there - total laziness. Second, would it have killed them to take 5 minutes and just give my son a trim? They were literally just sitting there. I have been in customer service many years of my life, and one thing that lacks in so many businesses these days is just good customer service. I drove there and back for nothing. Too bad they were too busy being lazy, but it was obvious they could have cared less about my business/ being a customer. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! There are a million other places to choose from.

I would highly recommend this place! Quick, affordable, and great service! Coming here I feel like family! All the stylists are great, they will keep you laughing, and give great haircuts. I couldn't ask for more.

Just recently moved to the area, and traveling back up north to my stylist was getting to be to much. I stopped in while over at shoprite and was greeted right away by a very friendly gal. Everyone was happy and laughing with each other, and the gal cutting my hair included me in the fun conversation. She did an awesome job on my hair and was the sweetest thing. I'm so glad I stopped in there, I have a new place, new stylist and I really don't feel guilty about leaving my old salon in the least. Thank you Louann for a great job. I'll be back!

I have never, ever, ever had a bad experience at Great Clips of wall. I have been going here for years and have always had a great experience, fantastic haircut, and fun time. Everyone is always so friendly, kind, and tactfully humorous. I will be going here for years to come! Dont think twice, choose this location.
