Arrogant behavior…. Not satisfied

Supercuts at Randolph…… not a good experience…my son was not satisfied with his hair cut…..also the lady with red hair was very rude and arrogant.

This was one of the worst experiences.. my son is 13 and we went there to get a haircut , this was our first time at that location, we usually goto Morristown or Chester.. well, we walked into the worst greeting ever, woman didn't even say good morning to us. Sand when my little guy was showing her a picture of what he wanted.. this older woman with dark hair and the nastiest attitude ever.. said I can't see that. Give me a better picture.. just the way she said it ,to my son.. it didn't get better from here. At this point I did not want her to touch my son , so the other woman gave him a haircut.. one of the worst haircuts ever.. the woman that did cut his hair was very nice.. but the haircut came out horrible, only to leave my son in tears in car... I will never be going back there, and should of never paid.. worst experience ever.. the customer service is the worst.. I can believe my son had to see someone with the worst attitude!!!

I've been to this place more than 3 times, and it is ok. I was going here because it is closer and not crowded. They don't accept coupons. There are a couple of stylists who are really good. I noticed that they don't welcome the customers or greet them all the time. When I went last time, the owner was there, and he welcomed nicely. They don't save the customers' style saved in their system, so every time we go there, we have to tell what to do.

Good price and great haircut. Only problem is you can only make a appointment the same day you want to go.

For the first time my son wanted to try Super Haircuts so we decided to go to Randolph location since it’s close to my location. We got the the lady with red hair. I was very disappointed with her attitude, her facial expressions in between….rolling her eyes and more…...also my son didn’t liked the hair cut she did. He asked her to keep it long but she just made it short. Didn’t even asked what length you want to keep. I still gave her the tip even though I was not happy with her behavior ( I didn’t want to be rude like her)…..anyway I would just say that it was my fault that I didn’t read the reviews before going otherwise I would have picked other location. They should understand that no matter how good skills you have, you should know how to be with the customers. The other lady seemed friendly but this one was really arrogant so please don’t go to her.

I hate to give them this review. The people who worked here were nice people. Conversational and friendly enough. Unfortunately I got one of the worst haircuts I ever got in my life here. Had to fix what I could at home. Could have just been a bad day for them but it really looked as if they didn’t pay any attention to detail. Some parts were choppy. Some parts not cut enough. Things didn’t match. Every thing you could think of.
