Everything about this place is exceptional! Liz is so friendly and very knowledgeable about what she does. If you want a cheap haircut, go to a cheap barber shop. If you want to improve your look with amiable stylists that know what they are talking about, spend the extra money and watch other people notice the difference.

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. EJ is great. Itâ€™s encouraging to know that prior to your first cut, you sit and have a discussion.

It was a good haircut and staff was friendly, but very overpriced. I was expecting much better for what I paid. I've gotten a better haircut at other NYC barbers and paid less than half as much. I'm not really into the complimentary whiskey and hair washing and all that, I just want a great haircut, ideally one thats not too expensive. If the high end atmosphere is your thing maybe you'd like it more than I did.
