We’ve been here before and it is just an ok haircut, but my toddler likes the car chairs and they get the job done. I scheduled an appointment for 4:15pm for my toddler. No one showed up. I called and left 2 messages. Waited 25min. Will NOT be going back after this.

My son had his 1st haircut pkg at cookie cutters at the north plainfield nj location. Jodi was his hairdresser and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and understanding. We will definitely be back for more visits.

Forget about all of these negative reviews. It was my daughter’s first haircut and Maria made us feel very welcome! She is very sweet and the haircut was quick! Very sanitary; I saw her wipe down everything. There’s nothing negative to say about this place. All of the negative reviews on here are due to them being LATE. People need to understand this is a business and they give you a 5 minute grade period. Rules are rules. I definitely recommend this place and I will look forward to bringing my daughter again.

Jojo is phenomenal. My son trust her to cut his hair. She always does a nice job and makes the process less scary for him.

It was our baby's first hair cut, we were worried how our 10 months old will keep up. It was a fun and great experience, the hair cut went smooth. The hairdressers are professional and know what they're doing when it comes to handling a hair cut for extra active babies like ours. The place was sanitized before we entered, looks clean and they're following good practices to keep it that way. A suggestion, take a cheap poncho with you, just in case the kid refuses to sit in a toy car or baby chair in his own, he'll have to sit on your lap for the haircut.
