First I ask how much for highlights, price list stated starts at certain price, the manager, (whom looks so grumpy) stated it starts at $140.00 . No where on their price list is that. First lie, they just didn't want to do it, I work so much and only had yesterday to get my hair done, something told me to leave, but I sat in the chair anyway. Hey... can't be that bad... wrong. I show the girl the hair style I want, I get something I didn't want hair is still long but I could see she was blowdrying (while burning my head, left the store and my head was hurting from being burnt) and cutting the mistakes so I just wanted out the chair. I can't wear my hair the way I wanted. Didn't get the cut I wanted, and truly want my money back. But as we all know , I left the store so that's not happening. I went home to my hair crooked in the back, to wear my hair out I must take all hair in the back and part it around my neck. If the owner reads this let's hope they rectify the situation. Don't go here. Not for women men's cuts only ...

I only get my hair washed but I know they give fantastic haircuts too

Think three times before coming to this place and even after thinking about it, don't. It's a waste of money. Came in asking for a simple haircut came out with what seem to be done by my 2 year-old.

Supercuts now allows you to make appointments online. Really not a fan of this. The benefit to Supercuts was came in got your place in line and got your hair cut. Now when you think you're next. The people that booked online bump you back in place. My son started from being next to being bumped back to fourth. If it wasn't the fact he needed a haircut for a job interview, and it wasn't Sunday would of not waited for the haircut. The benefit of Supercuts is now go. There is a reason to stick with the old school barbershops. This is the last time any Supercuts will receive my business with this new policy in place.
