My first experience at Sofiâ€™s was far from ideal. My appointment with Kelsey began at 10am and I did not leave the salon until about 4:30pm that day. I showed Kelsey some photos of the purplish/pink muave color that I wanted. I was very excited for my new colored hair as I have never died my hair any other color than blonde/highlights. After the whole bleaching and toning process which lasted about 4 hours my hair was RED! Not purple or pink but bright red! I almost cried, I was so upset with the outcome and could not understand how this happened. I commend her for remaining calm and trying to fix the issue. She washed out the awful color as best as she could and reapplied purple toner a couple of times. Iâ€™m satisfied with the outcome considering the terrible color I was almost left with but I wish my first time here went a little differently and I was able to experience how great I know this salon can be!
