Friendly and customer focused, the atmosphere at His-N-Hair makes it a warm and welcoming salon environment. From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted and offered refreshments. You are made to feel as if you are the most important person they need to take care of.

The girls were very nice, but it seems as if they knew nothing about dying hair. I came in wanting a simple dark to blonde ombré and my hairdresser was very confident in doing it. When she was done and showed me, it was so horrible, hideous and embarrassing. It went from my hair being black at my roots then a straight line an inch down, to all bleach blonde hair. I was honestly offended that they even thought that looked remotely good and would let me walk out of the salon like that. I mentioned that I didn't like the result and asked for them to add in a medium tone to make the ombré fade instead of a straight line and farther down my hair... (I should have to tell you how to do it...?) They got annoyed and rushed me out of there. It was OK once they added the medium tone, but the fade still was pretty bad. I wasn't paying for my hair, so I didn't mind too much; but I wouldn't have paid a penny if it was my money. Like I said, super nice girls but it's unfortunate it seems like they don't know what they are doing. An ombré is such a common hair style now and I wouldn't have expected them to be clueless how to do one, they should have at least told me they don't know how and I would have chose one color. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Another only good thing was they welcome you with free tea / coffee. I think they just need to reconsider who they hire.
