I had booked a hair appointment over a month in advance because I have an event to attend to on the weekend. I requested only the hot tool service since I was staying in the hotel and didn't need a wash or blow dry. At the time, the receptionist asked the stylist if this would be okay, and confirmed the appointment would only be $45 for a hot tool service. (I had also asked they email me a set price list of their services prior to my phone call.) When I called the day before to confirm my appointment and price, the other receptionist said it was $85 and I would have to pay for a blow dry service even though I was not having one done. I had not received any phone call to be notified of this change, and only because I asked to confirm my appointment, was I made aware of this change. This salon needs to work on their poor in house communication. There should have been a note on my file pertaining to exactly what service I was having done. They should also not email out price lists to customers if they have no intention of upholding their prices. Very disappointed!
