I got a perm and they did a horrible job . Better take a refresher course on how to give a perm. Since when do you leave neutralizer on for 25 minutes and not rinse it out !! Will never tell anyone to go there.

Frustrated with my regular long time stylist, I took a chance with A chain salon (Smart Styles) and oh so pleased. The young lady Rose was absolutely what I, and my thinning menopausal hair needed! She did a remarkable job and I am very pleased with my fresh new cut and style. Not to mention how wonderfully healthy my hair looks and feels. Even if it is temporary. Lol Rose instilled confidence and I assure you, I certainly won't be missing my old long time stylist. Oh... And the price?!! I got more than I paid for. Great price and substantially less than local salons in area. And without compromising end result!! I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be returning. Friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you Rose for a great cut and style!! Caroll
