I've heard good things about the salon, was excited to try it out but had to miss an appointment because of a family medical emergency. Because it was considered a no show it was not refundable or transeferable...just be careful not to buy their Groupon if you may have a sudden cancellation. They won't honor the coupon at all for a future visit.

Very disappointing experience . They donâ€™t inform you when you call to make an appt that there are different levels for a haircut that charge different amounts . They ended up booking my daughters appt with a level 3 not even informing me of the option of different levels. This resulted in a haircut that was way more expensive than what I expected. Also wasnâ€™t even a good haircut , not worth the money . Sounds like a shady practice to me , taking advantage of customers and upselling. I will never go back

Dani by far demonstrated her expertise, when I asked her opinions she provided them, and I am thoroughly impressed with her professionalism. Itâ€™s been a long time since Iâ€™ve left a salon 110% sticking to one stylist. Also my hair looks incredible.

I love Entourage! Chissy really listens to my suggestions. She knows how to cut and style my hair. I am always so satisfied when she is done. I would recommend her to anyone!

Great service! Clean salon, every one was very friendly. Zoey did a wonderful job on my hair! I will be back and am so happy i found someone knowledgeable and nice.
