I called 2:55 & no one answered so I went in. I sat waiting for 40 mins for them to tell me they didn't have anyone available to cut my hair I don't understand why it took 40 mins to tell me that. I completely understand not having someone available since I'm a walk in, but 40 mins? Very rude
