To put it simply, Sonila is the best at what she does. She has seamlessly morphed the most reluctant of hair cutters into a routine client, who is constantly cutting and coloring her hair. Sonila instantly makes you feel comfortable in the salon chair, listens intently to what you want, offers recommendations based on your natural features and hair color and produces an end result that can best be described as a work of art. Soni is THE BEST!! She has a special talent and eye for hair - cut, color, style, everything. She takes the time to listen to what I want while also recommending things I never would’ve thought to do to my hair. I always leave feeling happy, relaxed and confident!

Sonila is the best of the best. Up until I found Sonila, I was always a nervous wreck before getting anything done to my hair. She makes you feel comfortable, always listens, and talks you through every step of the process. I go to her for haircuts, color, blowouts, conditioning treatments- and I have never left the salon not loving my hair. If you're not one of her clients, you're missing out on the best hair dresser in NYC.
