The haircut was decent but took only 10 minutes. I asked for a side fade with a little trim on top. Normal haircut for men should take at least minimum of 15 minutes to 35. For me a good haircut is when the barber takes their time instead of rushing. I felt like the barber totally rushed it if I came in and left in 10 minutes exact. There weren't even any customers there nor did it seem busy at all so there should be no excuse for the rush. I did not even get a complete skin fade on the side which I had requested since there was still a good amount of hair that could have been trimmed further. (It was a blonde lady that cut my hair don't know her name). She also didn't ask me how I wanted to cut/fade the rear part of my head nor did she get a mirror and show me how it looked like after the service was finished. Overall experience felt very very rushed. I had had a previous positive experience with Josephine who does an exceptional job. However today's experience did not live up to my expectations at all. I paid $23 for just 10 minutes of poor quality service.

The #6 attachment fell off her shears and she pushed it through my hair running it down to my scalp in the middle of head!!! Cut so bad she couldn't even out. The worst hair cut ever. Obviously she was too cheap to buy good tools.
